i bought an ITNS-500 Slide Converter to convert my grandpa's slides to jpeg on the computer. well, it installed alright but i get a blue tint on the screen from the backlight which makes my slides all blue on the screen as a result.
I updated the driver as suggested and it fixed it....for a while. Then the converter wouldn't work at all. SOooo. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and updated the drvier (again). It won't make the blue tint go away.... .
Is there anybody here that also owns a ITNS-500 Slide Converter by IT?
(i bought it on black friday 2010 from kohls so i can't bring it back.)
